At Prime Haven, we’re committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently (because nobody likes waiting longer than necessary). This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays — even our team needs a little recharge time.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order experiences a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email. We promise not to keep you guessing.
Domestic Shipping Within USA:
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 business days
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 14 to 21 business days
International deliveries may vary depending on customs processing and destination regulations. While we move quickly, we cannot personally negotiate with customs officials (we’ve tried smiling politely).

Delivery delays can occasionally happen (Natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller's control).
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.
We currently do not ship to:[Afghanistan, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, and Pakistan]
Certain items may also have shipping limitations due to size, weight, or destination regulations. If it can’t travel safely, we won’t send it on an adventure.
Once your order leaves our hands, it is managed by the shipping carrier. Prime Haven is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
